Wise words from my mate Snoopy

Oh No! I’ve been caught napping on my Mum’s new red couch. My hearing must be fading. I did not hear Mum put the key in the door. Now she has caught me asleep. Boy am I in trouble!

I've been caught out sleeping on the couch!

I’ve been caught out sleeping on the couch!

But a little philosophy might save me. As my doggie mate Snoopy says: “Learn from yesterday, live for today, look to tomorrow, rest this afternoon”. Snoopy just might just be right. I think I’ll just have another nap.

Snoopy might be just a little bit more clever than me. He says some witty things. This is one I like:

“There’s no sense in doing a lot of barking if you don’t really have anything to say.”

Maybe I should stop and think before I bark. My yelling should be meaningful instead of just:

“Mum gets me some food.”

“Mum take me to the park”

” Mum it’s time for another walk”.

Aren’t these all meaningful? they are to me.

Snoopy also comes up with some good quotes when he meditates:

“I don’t have time to worry about who doesn’t like me … I’m too busy loving the people who love me.” Oh, that is so cute Snoopy.

“The less you want, the more you love.”

and

“Never stop smiling!”

Now I have a smile on my face – Thanks, Snoops! KoKo
